Customer Service / Front Counter Team Member

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Customer Service / Front Counter Team Member to join our team.

This is a hands on position that combines customer service, front counter responsibilities, food preparation, and general restaurant support. You should be comfortable interacting with customers while also jumping in to help with prep and keeping the restaurant organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take customer orders accurately
• Operate the POS system and process payments
• Answer questions about menu items
• Package and hand off dine in, takeout, and delivery orders
• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient prep
• Help assemble and prepare orders when needed
• Restock front counter and kitchen supplies
• Keep dining, counter, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Communicate with kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate and completed on time
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and order accuracy
• Willing to help with food prep and other restaurant duties
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
• California Food Handler Card required or must be obtained after hiring
