Assembler (Weekend Shift | 12-Hour Shifts)

Looking for a consistent weekend schedule with full-time pay for fewer hours? This Assembler position offers a 3-day workweek while providing 40 hours of pay! Join a manufacturing team where safety, teamwork, and growth are priorities. This is a temporary role, anticipated to last between 1-3 months.

Pay & Schedule

$17.65 per hour
Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Work 36 hours and get paid for 40

Responsibilities

Place components on the assembly line according to specifications
Follow posted work instructions (OMS documents) in assigned area
Monitor machine specifications and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety guidelines
Perform non-standard work tasks as directed by the floor leader
Train to work at multiple stations and complete required training milestones
Support additional duties, including material handling or equipment operation as qualified

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods on hard surfaces
Ability to reach, grasp, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must be willing to submit to a background check
