Full-Time Overnight Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Holy Trinity Home Care Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a full-time overnight position in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Schedule:

• Thursday and Friday: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Assist the client with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility
• Prepare light meals as needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor the client’s safety and well-being throughout the night
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Experience providing home care is preferred
• Ability to work the complete overnight schedule
• Reliable transportation to Bridgewater, NJ
• Must meet all employment and background-check requirements
