Job Description
Location: Fort Worth / Alliance, TX
Pay: Up to $25/hr DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are hiring a Product Engineering Technician to support production and engineering operations in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working directly with production equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production lines and process parameters to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot process issues, machine alarms, and production abnormalities
- Assist with quick repairs and escalate larger technical issues to Engineering
- Collect and track production, yield, and quality data
- Assist engineers with testing, pilot runs, and process improvement projects
- Ensure production processes follow established SOPs and work instructions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year of electronics manufacturing experience
- Previous technician, process, engineering support, or troubleshooting experience preferred
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Associate degree in Engineering preferred, but not required with equivalent hands-on experience
- Chinese or Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
