Physical Therapist

The Staff Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive outpatient care focused on general physical therapy services. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and monitoring progress to improve mobility and function. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patient education are key components to ensure optimal recovery outcomes in a moderate caseload outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and functional abilities
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery
• Document patient interactions, therapy sessions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• State Physical Therapy License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in patient assessment and rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy and critical thinking abilities
• Accurate and detailed documentation skills
