Location: Manchester, CT & South Windsor, CT
Pay: $20.00-$28.00/hour DOE
Available Shifts:
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:30 AM - 8:00 AM
4th Shift: Friday-Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
*Training will be provided on day shift, M-F for 4th shift

We are seeking reliable Operators - Metal Heat Treating to join a growing manufacturing team in Manchester, CT and South Windsor, CT. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or production experience who enjoys hands-on work, operating industrial equipment, and following detailed processes to ensure quality results.
The Operator - Metal Heat Treating will be responsible for operating furnace equipment, monitoring production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor industrial heat treat furnaces
- Load and unload parts/materials following established procedures
- Monitor furnace temperatures and maintain accurate production records
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Inspect materials and ensure production requirements are met
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or heat treat experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
