Electrical Superintendent

Were hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical site and underground construction projects in Chandler, Arizona.

Pay: $58-$62/hour (DOE) and this is a direct-hire opportunity!This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing crews and subcontractors, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
-Lead daily field operations and crew scheduling
-Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
-Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
-Maintain daily reports, photos, inspections, and documentation in Procore
-Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance
-Coordinate RFIs, submittals, inspections, and change documentation
-Work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and clients to keep projects on track

Qualifications
-3+ years of electrical site/underground construction experience in a leadership role
-Experience supervising crews and subcontractors
-Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office
-Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
-Knowledge of CPM scheduling, trenching, utility work, and quality control
-OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications required
-Valid drivers license
