Maintenance Helper

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Maintenance Helper!

Compensation: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM until end of project
Location: Houston, TX 77063

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Support maintenance personnel with industrial and mechanical equipment.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and workplace guidelines.
• Perform physical maintenance-support tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Learn new maintenance skills and procedures on the job.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of industrial or mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance-support tasks.
• Industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, construction, or similar experience is a plus.
• Residential maintenance experience alone may not be a strong fit for this position.
