HHA/CNA

The HHA/CNA will provide compassionate in-home care to bed-bound patients, attending to their daily needs with professionalism and empathy. This role involves working flexible afternoon-to-evening shifts, specifically 7 days a week for 5 hours each day, ensuring personalized care through assigned patient deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care as assigned by the agency
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Assist with patient mobility and repositioning
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Offer emotional support and companionship

Required Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in home health care
