Jamison Shaw Hairdressers is hiring immediately for 2–3 Front Desk Guest Coordinators to join our guest services team.

Located in the heart of Buckhead, Jamison Shaw Hairdressers is a legendary, third-generation family-owned salon with more than 60 years of excellence in the beauty industry. Our 5,000 sq. ft. salon features 50 styling chairs and a bustling, high-energy atmosphere filled with talented hairdressers, loyal guests, and a team that truly feels like family.

As a Front Desk Guest Coordinator, you will be one of our Directors of First Impressions. You will play an important role in creating the warm, polished, and professional experience our guests know and love. From greeting guests and answering phones to assisting with scheduling, checkout, and the daily flow of the salon, you will help keep our front desk running smoothly and our guests feeling cared for.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones and assisting with appointment scheduling
• Supporting guest check-in and checkout
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Communicating with hairdressers, assistants, and leadership throughout the day
• Supporting the overall flow and energy of the salon
• Creating a memorable experience for every guest
