Warehouse Assistant - Technical & Operations

Location: Waukesha, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $50,000 annually plus performance-based bonus potential.

 

Are you mechanically inclined, organized, and looking for a hands-on career opportunity? We're seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations while developing technical service and repair skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and wants a long-term growth opportunity. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and manage incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and replacement parts

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

• Assist with equipment staging and preparation for shipment

• Learn equipment assembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements

• Support customers and internal teams with service-related needs

• Document repairs, maintenance, and service activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

• Valid driver's license

• Warehouse, technical, mechanical, or electrical experience is a plus but not required
