Pharmacist Manager Wanted – Come Join the Team!
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM
Start: mid-September
Contract: 13- weeks contract-to-hire

What you’ll do:
•Lead pharmacy operations and staff
•Oversee compounding, workflow, inventory, and compliance
•Build patient and prescriber relationships
•Drive business growth and operational performance
•Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
What we’re looking for:
•Active AZ Pharmacist License
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Compounding/independent pharmacy experience preferred
•Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in future ownership
•Good attitude + strong work ethic
