Job Title: UAT Tester Advanced (Contract) — Wilmington, DE

Type: Contract

Pay: $45.32/hr

Description:

We're looking for an experienced UAT Tester to join a major financial services client's testing team in Wilmington, DE. This is a hands-on role — you'll be developing and executing test cases, working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, and helping drive testing readiness across multiple applications.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, revise, and maintain UAT test cases
  • Translate business requirements into test approach and test plans
  • Execute business scenarios in the UAT environment
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and report testing status
  • Reconcile test results across teams and help improve testing processes

What you'll need:

  • 6+ years of UAT/QA testing experience
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with AWS
  • Familiarity with qTest, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Must-haves:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required (client cannot sponsor visas)
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check
  • Open to a hybrid schedule, onsite in Wilmington, DE
