We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a legal team in Dallas, Texas on a Contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly contribute in a high-volume environment, balancing contract review with document-focused legal support. The position will support time-sensitive work, protect confidential information, and help keep legal operations moving efficiently during a busy period.

Responsibilities:
• Review and administer a large volume of incoming agreements, focusing on routine and lower-complexity contracts before attorney escalation is needed.
• Examine documents for sensitive or protected information and complete accurate redactions involving personal and employee-related data.
• Organize legal files and supporting materials to improve access, tracking, and response readiness across active matters.
• Assist with preparing documentation and related materials needed for legal responses and compliance-driven requests.
• Partner closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders to keep work progressing within strict turnaround expectations.
• Provide administrative support tied to contract processing and document handling during an active office transition period.
• Maintain careful oversight of contract details, formatting, and records to reduce errors and support consistent legal review workflows.• Prior experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or contract administration role within a law firm or in-house legal setting.
• Demonstrated background in document review and redaction work, with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Strong capability to handle a high volume of assignments while meeting firm deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment when reviewing legal or sensitive materials.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with legal team members.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and comfort working within document management or contract-related systems.
• Experience supporting contracts administration, contract management, or related legal operations is preferred.
• Exposure to public records, government, higher education, or other compliance-focused environments is a plus.
