Current Schedule:  Full time and part time Available to cover the below hours

  •  8:15 AM to 4:45 PM Monday, Wednesday and Thursday,
  • 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM Tuesdays,

    8:15 PM to 1:15 PM Fridays. 

Compensation:

  • $85.00 per hour

Advanced Vision & Achievement Center is a patient-focused optometry practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive eye care in a welcoming, collaborative environment. We provide routine eye exams, medical eye care, specialty contact lens services, vision therapy, and treatment for conditions including dry eye, glaucoma, and presbyopia. Our practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a  Full time or Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced optometrists and new graduates looking to build their careers in a supportive, technology-driven practice.

For candidates interested in additional hours, there is also a clear opportunity for the part time role to transition into a full-time position as well, as  the practice continues to expand.
 

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and medical eye conditions
  • Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses, including specialty contact lenses
  • Provide vision therapy services
  • Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with technicians and support staff to provide an outstanding patient experience

  • EyeFinity Practice Management Software
  • Encompass EHR
     

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona Optometrist license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
