Pay & Schedule:

$19.00/hour (Day Shift: 6:40am – 6:40pm)
$20.00/hour (Night Shift: 6:40pm – 6:40am)
12-hour shifts; clean, climate-controlled environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate and monitor PVD coating furnaces to coat carbide and cermet inserts
Maintain accurate computer records for product weights and coating cycle data
Perform regular maintenance: clean fixtures and base plates, check gas supplies, conduct scheduled batch cleanings
Follow established safety and quality procedures in all tasks

This Opportunity Could Be a Great Fit If You:

Have a High School diploma or GED (an Associate’s or technical degree is a plus)
Are comfortable using computers (including SAP MII or similar software) and can follow written and verbal instructions
Possess good math skills and attention to detail
Can handle small parts carefully and follow product handling guidelines
