Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Prospect Park, PA

This flexible, contract-based position offers the chance to work across diverse school settings while making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Full-time (37.5 hours per week) schedules are available, allowing you to build a workload that fits your needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
• Deliver direct services and provide consultation in both general and special education settings
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as needed
• Train and support school staff in evidence-based behavioral practices

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Prior experience in K–12 school settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to supporting student growth and success
