Staffing Program Manager

Gojob is hiring an Onsite Manager in Groveport, OH. The Onsite Manager will play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with our most important clients. This position drives sales growth, ensures high-quality service delivery, and supports the overall client experience.

Salary: $50k-$65k

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow key accounts.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential.
• Conduct business reviews with clients to understand goals and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals to support long-term client retention.

Service:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and concerns.
• Partner with Onsite Managers and Recruiting to deliver timely support and resolve issues.
• Track service levels and implement improvements as needed.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Delivery:

• Oversee delivery of services to meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Ops teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Keep clients and internal teams informed with regular status updates.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in workforce management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with attention to detail and urgency.
• Proficient in time management and prioritization.
