Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Shifts and days vary (40 hours/week)
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team focused on providing excellent service to customers, business partners, and drivers. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, helping resolve customer concerns, monitor deliveries, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, solving problems, and providing a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, business partners, and drivers by phone and email
- Respond to customer questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
- Monitor delivery routes and provide updates as needed
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations
- Maintain accurate information while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Required:
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related customer service experience
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience
