About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Material Handler to join our Materials Warehouse team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient inventory flow, supporting production, and ensuring accurate receiving and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming goods, raw materials, parts, and subassemblies against documentation for quantity, condition, and accuracy.
- Sort, store, and issue materials, components, and equipment. Prepare production stock kits and document shortages or backorders.
- Pack and ship outgoing products. Handle local pickups and deliveries to vendors or customers as required.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) as well as external carriers and logistics partners.
- Handle sensitive items, including Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) raw components, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain clear inventory logs, activity reports, and status updates using PC-based software.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR at least two (2) years of material handling / warehouse experience.
- Previous forklift experience preferred (specifically Stand-Up Reach Forklift).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with solid working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Prior experience handling ESD, MSL, and raw electronic components is a plus.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 30 pounds.
- Good manual dexterity and steady hand coordination for handling panels and boards.
- Vision capabilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
