Contract Type: W2 under Staffing Supplier
Work Schedule: Part-time, 10 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 11AM to 2PM

About the Team
This team leads the implementation and market operations of an innovative meal management platform, supporting businesses in delivering group meal solutions that streamline ordering, scheduling, and on-time labeled delivery with local and national restaurant partners.
About the Role
The Operations Clerk-I acts as a customer launch specialist, responsible for onboarding new users to the meal management platform, resolving user issues, and ensuring a seamless onsite experience. The role manages quality and performance for clients, fields and communicates client feedback, and supports day-to-day market operations by traveling to client offices. Strong communication, time management skills, and willingness to operate independently in a dynamic environment are crucial. The role leverages technology tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets) and works collaboratively with client-facing and internal teams to optimize and troubleshoot platform usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch new customers and onboard them to the meal management platform
- Provide high-quality onsite support, resolving user pain points and ensuring client satisfaction
- Gather, document, and escalate client feedback and operational issues
- Learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic platform and order-management issues
- Maintain detail-oriented operations for accuracy and productivity
- Use communication and collaboration tools to report on issues and progress
- Build and maintain relationships with empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned city
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time management; able to manage multiple tasks
- Technical aptitude working with communication and collaboration platforms
- Previous experience in operations, support, customer service, or sales, preferably in hospitality
