Part Time Customer Service Representative

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative! We’re a fast‑growing health insurance agency looking for someone who loves helping people and thrives in an organized, team‑oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients with their health insurance needs — from under‑65 plans to Medicare.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients by phone and in person

• Work in Word, Excel, and our CRM to keep client information accurate

• Support clients with questions, updates, and general assistance

• Prepare materials for agent appointments

• Communicate with insurance carriers for updates and changes

• Upload monthly renewals into our CRM

• Pitch in on team projects

• Help during Open Enrollment (Oct–Dec), including some Saturday hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communicator with great attention to detail

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks

• Organized, self‑driven, and flexible

• Health insurance or Medicare experience is a bonus

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Pay:

• Part‑time, 20–24 hours weekly

• $20–$22/hour depending on experience
