Express Employment is in need of Mixers at a company in Solon, OH! 

Mixer Pay rate - $18 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• • Identify and retrieve all ingredients, follow first in first out procedure
  • Understand and carry out mixing procedures
  • Read and understand formula sheets
  • Properly weigh product
  • Operate DE clumper
  • Oil, salt and season product as needed
  • Properly tag product
  • Read and understand production schedules

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of all raw materials and mixes
• Good reading and math comprehension
• Food industry experience
• LONGEVITY at previous employers is a MUST
