Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my grandfather an Air Force Veteran who is 89 years old. Medication management is required. Encouragement /Reinforcement to change his depends. Laundry & Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include lunch preparation. Breakfast & Dinner is provided by the senior living facility. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. One that will encourage participation in the activities provided by the senior living facility. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a cat. Will need help with caring for cat, litterbox and fresh water. The cat has an automatic feeder.
