Babysitter Needed for my Children

I would primarily be looking for coverage for a few hours (3-4 hours max) in the mornings of either Monday and/or Wednesday. Ideally, this would allow me time to run to the gym and maybe the grocery story. I am looking for short, but reliable coverage for the foreseeable future (potentially at least the first 3 years of our childs life). We are a nature loving family with two dogs :) my primary focus for this time would be that our child is happy, safe, and maybe even spends the morning out in the yard! Reading books would be a plus
