Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a nanny for our daughter who will be 3months at the time of start. We have 2 dogs that would be home. Mom and Dad work flexible hours and will be in and out of the house frequently during the day. We are hoping to find someone that can grow with our family long term. Older brother (2. 5yrs) may occasionally be home on off days of school. We are looking for someone warm and loving who has lots of experience with newborns and helping them grow and hit developmental milestones.
