Nanny Needed For My Children

My baby is currently experiencing reflux. He recently stopped taking his medication so we have been monitoring him very closely to ensure that he is able to burp and/or throw up effectively. After feedings, he needs to be burped for at least 30 minutes to ensure that he has gotten out a least one good burp. He is currently on a hypoallergenic formula and has oatmeal that is added to each bottle. He eats around every 3-4 hrs. He is currently in the chewing hands phase and grabbing at his feet. He does like to engage with his teething toys and watching movies/shows during the day.
