Babysitter Needed for my Children

No there is nothing specific my child requires. They get to play and go to the park. He really likes to read and plays a lot. The only reason I am looking into getting a sitter is because my wife and I can not just keep swapping who takes care of our kid. My job is also asking that I change my hours so I will be gone during MID day. My wife works from home and needs help with our baby boy cause she has meetings and stuff to attend to. This way someone can watch him and she will not have to stress. But there will be some at home the whole time, and occasional days were my wife isn't busy happen. SO she might as the person leave earlier.
