Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I have a rambunctious 1-year-old that is set up to start daycare in September but I am looking to get care before that. I am nervous about how she will handle being away from me as she has only been with me and my Grandma thusfar. I am looking for care for 4 hrs a day. she is friendly, rambunctious, curious, independent, loves to dance and interact and has a case of fomo when it comes to nap time. she usually naps somewhere between 9 and 11 then again between 3 and 5. she walks and climbs, is good at eating with her fingers and LOVES outside.
