83-year-old couple male disabled following 4 month (!) hospitalization. Female worn to nub spending days bedside, no time to declutter or clean. Need one good deep clean then periodic visits to help us stay on top. Open to different schedule, more visits, after consultimg w/provider. But afternoons required by invalid's sleep problems
