Position Summary:
\nThe Speech Language Pathologist specializing in Outpatient Rehab
\nProvides medically prescribed services for inpatients and/or outpatients to restore function, minimize disability following disease, or injury, and to assist the patient in reaching his/her maximum possible level of functioning to assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her disability.
\nThe job duties are to provide assessments and treatment activities with patients.
\nRequires normal courtesy and tact in dealing with others.
\nEducation: Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.
\nMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
\nCurrent State licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required
\nCertificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.
\nCurrent CPR certification.
\nWork Experience:
\nSuccessful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship
\nOne year experience in Speech Language Pathology in a Post-Acute rehab setting is required
\nSalary Range: Minimum $37.02/hour - Maximum $61.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
