About the Position\n

We are seeking a CDL Class A Delivery Driver to support local grocery deliveries in the Frederick, Maryland area. This position involves delivering palletized grocery products to local store locations within approximately 100 air miles of Frederick.

• Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

• Schedule: Varies
\n
• Hours: 40 hours per week
\n
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm

• Training: Five days of training provided before operating independently
\n

• Equipment: Class A tractor-trailer with automatic transmission; manual transmission knowledge preferred

• Handling: Heavy touch freight using an electric riding pallet jack and a single electric pallet jack

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver palletized grocery products to local store locations
\n
• Load and unload freight using electric pallet jacks
\n
• Secure products properly, including strapping egg racks
\n
• Provide professional and dependable service at each delivery location
\n

Minimum Requirements\n

\n
• Valid CDL Class A license
\n
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
\n
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
\n
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
\n
• Strong backing experience highly preferred
\n
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred; training will be provided
\n
• Ability to load and unload palletized freight
\n
