About the Role

Diversified Roofing is seeking a motivated and dependable Top Tier Roofing Service Laborer to join our growing Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone with some roofing experience—or a strong desire to learn—who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in the roofing industry.

You’ll work alongside experienced Foremen to support daily service operations, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding position requiring lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in Arizona weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks accurately and efficiently
• Perform commercial and residential repairs and small installations
• Follow and promote “safety first” practices at all times
• Assist Foreman with daily jobsite tasks and project completion
• Take clear, professional jobsite photos for documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience in roofing service or repair
• Ability to bring basic commercial roofing tools and/or heat welding equipment
• Experience using mobile devices/apps for job documentation
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable with climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working at heights
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round
