Service Assistant / Concierge

Midway Auto has been serving Nebraska drivers for over 100 years, and we’re looking for a Service Assistant / Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers in the service drive and connect them with Service Advisors
• Vacuum and prepare vehicles with floor mats and seat covers
• Keep the service drive and customer lounge clean, organized, and welcoming
• Move vehicles to the correct areas (outside or technician bays)
• Maintain night drop area and restock supplies
• Assist with light cleaning and occasional vehicle pick-up/delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills (required)
• Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license required
