FMB Graduate Student Staff - Bands

About the Department

Coordinate schedules with staff for the transportation, set up, take down and return of equipment and supplies at all scheduled home football games, events.

Position Duties

• Coordinate and assist with transportation of band equipment and supplies
• Event set up, take down, return of marching band equipment and supplies
• Pick up and drop off of rental truck and equipment
• Coordinate activities with Band Office Managers and Directors

Minimum Qualifications

• Event management experience preferred
• Able to lift heavy boxes with reasonable accommodations
• Must possess valid drivers license and be insurable through BGSU
• Available to work hours that vary
