Position Overview

ZWILLING is seeking Part-Time Retail Keyholder(s) to join our growing retail team. 

As a Keyholder, you will help lead daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and play a key role in building the culture and success of our newest store location.

What You'll Do

• Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management
• Open and close the store while managing POS and cash handling responsibilities
• Partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs
• Process inventory replenishment and maintain stock levels
• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and customer loyalty
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers with our premium brands
• Assist with special events, promotions, and grand opening activities
• Lead by example and help create an exciting, team-oriented environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for cooking, food, and premium kitchen products
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift 35 pounds or more and safely use a ladder
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available

Required qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in the retail industry
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Background check

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Retail skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
• Retail skills: taking inventory
• Speaks English
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Reads English
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
• Available to work: weekends
