Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer manuals and FAA-approved data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies outlined in the General Procedures Manual and Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
- Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings to perform accurate maintenance actions.
- Safely move aircraft within the hangar and on the ramp, including operating tow tractors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform only tasks for which proper training and qualifications have been obtained.
- Participate in weekly maintenance meetings to review ongoing projects and provide updates to the Director of Maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support maintenance and team objectives.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance with 14 CFR Part 65.83.
- Strong aircraft troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly Parts 135 and 145.
- Basic inventory management knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must provide and maintain a complete set of personal tools.
- Experience maintaining Learjet aircraft.
- Experience with Pratt & Whitney PW305A engines.
- Learjet 60 maintenance experience preferred.
- Competitive hourly pay of $35–$40.
