Charge Nurse - LVN or RN is responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Night Shift team, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support

• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team

• Monitor and report resident changes, concerns, and progress to our medical director and other relevant staff members

• Supervise and train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to stay current with best practices and industry standards

About Our Ideal Candidate:

• Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of Texas, or a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) with a current license in the state of Texas

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team

• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and support, with a focus on patient-centered care

• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and safely assist with resident transfers
