Forklift Driver

Forklift Operator – Seasonal-Vero Beach, FL

Pay Range: $17.50 – $18.50/hour

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our fast-paced citrus packinghouse team. This role is responsible for safely moving products throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, staging inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments
• Transport products between receiving, production, storage, and shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product rotation (FIFO)
• Perform equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required
• Warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment:

• Indoor packinghouse/cooler environment
• 40+ hours per week with overtime as needed
• Nights and weekends may be required during peak season
