About the Role:

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals

• Utilize clinical expertise to evaluate and diagnose patients with communication disorders

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices and strategies to promote patient progress

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, consultations, and treatment plans

Responsibilities:
