Marketing Director / Hospital Liaison - Nursing Home

We are seeking a Marketing Director / Hospital Liaison for a nursing home in the Ocala area. The ideal candidate has an established network of hospital case managers and discharge planners who trust them as a post-acute resource. If you're newer to the market, we're looking for someone with the drive and confidence to develop those relationships through consistent hospital outreach.

Position Overview

You'll serve as the organization's primary liaison to hospitals, strengthening referral partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase admissions and market presence.

Qualifications

● 4+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or liaison services

● Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Home Health, Hospice, or another post-acute setting

● Excellent communication and relationship management skills

● Self-starter who enjoys networking and spending time in the field
