Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical disabilities and illnesses
Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and initial and follow-up treatment sessions
Develop and implement individualized therapeutic exercises and treatment programs to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and functional capacity
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient treatment and progress
