Maintenance Technician

This is a lower-level Maintenance position designed for someone who wants to learn and grow within the maintenance department. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and develop the knowledge and skills needed to advance into a Maintenance Technician position as opportunities become available.

The Maintenance Technicians are responsible for actively troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery. This position will work alongside the maintenance team, learning equipment, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting skills with the goal of eventually advancing into a Maintenance Technician role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance team with routine maintenance and repairs.
• Learn to troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues with production equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Learn proper use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Support Maintenance Technicians with repairs and equipment servicing.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Develop the skills and knowledge necessary for future advancement.
