About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Night Shift Nurse to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation, a leading provider of exceptional and family-focused care for individuals of all ages. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and promoting their independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence and overall well-being
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Demonstrate a commitment to infection control and safety, adhering to all policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Ability to work evening shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and making a difference in the lives of others
