Coordinate daily warehouse and transportation activities to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Act as a key operational liaison with third-party logistics providers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
Monitor inventory levels, lot traceability, shelf life, replenishments, and inventory accuracy.
Resolve shipping discrepancies, customer service escalations, and operational exceptions.
Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, vendor requirements, and operating procedures.
KPI Management & Cost Control
Monitor and report operational KPIs, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, order cycle time, transportation costs, and customer service performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Support freight, warehousing, and fulfillment cost tracking and cost control initiatives.
Develop reports and dashboards that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
Recommend corrective actions to improve service reliability, efficiency, and cost performance.
Process Improvement, Automation & AI
Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve productivity.
Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and exception management.
Support scalable process improvements that strengthen accuracy, speed, and service quality.
Contribute to a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer operations, or distribution.

Comfort working with data, KPIs, operational analytics, and cost-performance tradeoffs.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and smarter ways of working.
Ability to balance hands-on execution with process improvement and strategic thinking.
Collaborative communication style and ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
