Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments and evaluations, and provide therapies to improve functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient goals and objectives

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes

• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including hands-on therapies and adaptive equipment training

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the growth and development of the therapy department
