Complete Care is looking for an organized, motivated, and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to help keep our center running smoothly. In this essential role, you'll coordinate staffing schedules, support our dedicated healthcare team, and play a key part in ensuring residents receive exceptional care every day. 

As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to maintain appropriate coverage, respond to scheduling needs, and contribute to a positive work environment. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and solve staffing challenges will directly support both our employees and the residents we serve.

Staffing Coordinator Schedule & Benefits 

  • Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 

  • Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards 

 

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain staff schedules 

  • Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals 

  • Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process 

  • Evaluate annual performance reviews  

  • Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
