Marketing Director/Hospital Liaison - Nursing Home

We are seeking a Marketing Director/Hospital Liaison for a nursing home in the Sidell, FL area. The ideal candidate has an established network of hospital case managers and discharge planners who trust them as a post-acute resource. If you're newer to the market, we're looking for someone with the drive and confidence to develop those relationships through consistent hospital outreach.

Position Overview:

You'll serve as the organization's primary liaison to hospitals, strengthening referral partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase admissions and market presence.

Qualifications:

● 4+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or liaison services

● Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Home Health, Hospice, or another post-acute setting

● Excellent communication and relationship management skills

● Self-starter who enjoys networking and spending time in the field
