Our Resident Coordinators/Wellness Aides help to improve the quality of life to our individuals by ensuring residents are hygienic, safe, and living their best lives. They will also verify correct medication dispensing, obtain and record vital signs, and respond to calls in a prompt manner.

 Qualifications for Resident Coordinators (RCs)/Wellness Aides:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
