Home Care Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator

Care with Dignity at Home® is seeking a proactive and dependable Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage caregiver schedules and client coverage.

• Fill open shifts and manage call-outs.

• Recruit, screen, and interview caregivers.

• Coordinate onboarding and required documentation.

• Match caregivers appropriately with clients.

• Monitor caregiver hours and minimize unnecessary overtime.

• Maintain a reliable PRN/backup caregiver pool.

• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clients.

• Anticipate staffing needs and resolve routine issues independently

Qualifications:

• Strong scheduling, recruiting, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.

• Home care scheduling/recruiting experience preferred.

• WellSky or similar scheduling software experience preferred.
